You need to loosen the rear motor mount bracket (support the engine with a floor jack) to get some access to an Allen bolt (5 or 6mm Allen socket) holding the aluminum pipe/bracket to sump.
Then you pull the whole plastic tube with aluminum pipe out of the sump.
If you are planning to replace the plastic tube you can just break it off to get more access.
It is also an o-ring around that aluminum tube that needs to be replaced.
