The biggest problem with the Saab O2 sensor is that it's not made to be serviced. The routing of the wiring around the front face of the block is a PITA.
I pulled mine off the engine, spliced a Ford O2-sensor connector on the wire, and ran the wire along the right front fender with the AC lines down near the AC receiver/dryer canister.
That lets me use a cheap Bosch O2 sensor for a Ford application (early '90s 5-liter Mustang or Taurus SHO or probably a few others) and it plugs right in, no nasty splices, everything looks OE and works better.
