The discussion below prompted me to do a little investigating. Here is what I know:
-all posts I have read seem to indicate that the OE clutch is Sachs.
-the clutch I just pulled out of my '97 Aero is Sachs
-eeuroparts sells what they say is a genuine Saab clutch for about $300. It appears to be the same one group9 sells, going by the picture. On it you can clearly see it says Valeo, which is a supplier whose name I've seen on Saab foglights, among other things. It also very clearly says "SAAB" and "Made in Germany" right in the centre of the disc.
