Kinda weird blue smoke pattern...any ideas?

My wife's 91 9kcdt. In all, has run great for the 9 or so years we've had it. 130kmi on the clock.
About two months ago, she got the low oil pressure light and continued driving. A couple of times. The last time, she got some weird "clattering sounds" and shut it down. Towed it home, pulled the pan, and sure'nuff, the oil pickup screen was clogged.
Put it back together, and it ran fine once the valve clatter died down (the low press light went off immediately upon startup) after 10 mins or so of idling.
Here's the question/problem: It now blows blue smoke *only* if it starts then idles for a while soon after start up. Example: Start up in morning, no smoke. Drive 2 minutes to coffee drive thru, let it idle for a minute or so, and it starts bellowing. Drive off, and it continues to blow blue smoke for a minute or so then stops completely. Alternate: start up morning, no smoke. Drive for 10-15 mins continuously and it won't smoke at all.
Turbo seals? Valve stem seals? Rings? Scorched valve? Blown head gasket? What do you think?
Thanks in advance
