I have a '92 9000T, 189,000 miles. On the way to work this morning my ignition cut out about 4 miles from home. Battery and TCS lights came on. I coasted to the side of the street, restarted the car immediately and continued to drive. Twenty some miles later the same thing happened. This time it went into limp home mode. Pulled over again and the car was able to be restated immediately and I drove the remaing 1 mile to work.
The DI cassette was replaced about 80,000 miles ago. the crank sensor about 2 years ago. I'm faced with a 30 mile commute home tonight and am obviously concerned about that trip. I should that both times it failed this morning I was accelerating form a stop light. Any thoughts would be apprediated.
Thinks,
BillB
