If it's just bulbs, you might be able to do something about them. If more than bulbs, unless you are an electronic technician, forget about it (I assume that you already tried cleaning the lens with a lens-cleaning disc). Typical failure is a bad capacitor (one or more of many), a least for the pre-1995 CD unit. Don't know if this changed for the 1995+ units.
These CD units are made by Clarion, perhaps you can send them to their US service center for a flat-rate repair. Do a search or look at the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for information. Might also try SAABradio, a sponsor.
