Hazard switch pushed thru dash! How to retrieve???

The plastic shoulder on the hazard push switch gave way into pieces and the switch pushed right thru to the backside of the dash. It's down deep now. Possibly just above the radio tuner. Can I get access from the seat heater switch cluster removal or the trip display cluster? Can I get the trip cluster out by removing the seat switches? Is it easier to raise the top of the dash? I've tried fishing it out, but no luck getting it back to the hole.
