Do yourself and/or a future owner a favor and use the two-piece poly for the top front bushing. It makes 'the next time' a much easier process and I haven't noticed any appreciable vibration increase with the following set-up on a '91 CD Auto:
Poly: Tranny and Upper Front
Stock: Front & rear lower and top rear
Keep plenty of shop rags handy as you'll probably find appreciable amounts of caked oil & dirt while attacking the lower front & back.
The rearview mirrors on my auto looked like a bad nickelodeon at stoplights before I did mine. If yours is a manual, I wouldn't worry about using more poly.
Note the upper dogbone with a stock rear bushing is available for a slightly higher charge from site sponsors. In the absence of a press, I'll probably choose that option when I need to replace mine next time.
