because otherwise you can buy a complete rebuilt axle, including tripod joint, cv joint and all boots for $90 ($140 - $50 core charge) from eeuroparts. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I just buy all of my parts there. You should also buy a new axle nut, but this only costs $5.
The inner driver cup is the least common replacement on the axle assembly. At 241K miles I guess it could be worn, but unless it's really bad you could probably leave it alone and get away with it.
Any good mechanic should be able to swap out a complete axle assembly in under on hour, so the whole job (including the part) should cost you less than $200 ($300 at the MOST if they BS you on the labor).
Finding a mechainic who will use parts that you supply can be a challenge, but if you do, make sure that they give you back the old axle to send back for the core charge refund.
