Hi Micheal,
so the #2 cylider is firing now? Good, one problem
solved.
Now I am not sure which pulley you mean when you say
that the one above the crankshaft pulley is vibrating,
but it seem likely that you mean one of the idler or tension
pulleys. And yes if it's one of those and it's wobbly it's a
good idea to replace it.
Take a look at
http://www.eeuroparts.com/searchresults.aspx?&carid=1146&cat=1004
for a blowup of the serpentine belt system for your engine.
This is eEuroparts.com website, not only do they have
most parts that you'll ever need, but they have good service,
decent prices on OEM parts amd great pictures to
help you with identifying things. Shipping is steep on
orders less than $30, but free above that - also fast.
In general, the TSN site sponsers are great.
the Townsend site, as discussed before, is
great, but as I said I have difficulty
finding what I need on it. There is
also Quasi's site
http://www.quasimotors.com/
which is great for detailed instructions on some
common things.
I suggest that you make a subdirectory of links
for your Saab and add all these to it.
Good luck, Buck
