Pull off front caliper/rotor/caliper mount as if doing brakes
I dont remember all the bolt sizes but the wheel bearing/hub flange has 4 bolts going in through the back of the steering knuckle (straddling the outer CV)
Once you've removed the axle nut (the big really torqued one coming through the hub) you should try to pop the axle "in" by hitting it with a soft hammer. You might have to get creative here but you just want to crack the splines loose. If the splines aren't too rusted to the old hub it will go in (grease them during reassembly for the next time you do bearings/axles)
Loosen all 4 hub flange bolts and back them out about 1/4". Smack them from their heads with a hammer and drift (or big punch) so you crack them loose and they bottom out on the inside of thier heads.
Unbolt the knuckle from the strut, pull it towards you and let it hand on the ball joint. (you may have to do this to reach all 4 bolts with the hammer first)
remember to correctly torque the axle nut (~150-200ft-lbs?) during reassembly
Hope that helps
