That is a lot of problems. I can help with a few. The EDU being dark and unreadable with a flashlight would indicate to me that it is not connected at all. Changing the bulbs won't help-they might not even be burned out if there is no power to the unit. My EDU lights are toast, but I can read the numbers if the light is just right or with a flashlight.

The headlight switch light is replaceable. If I were you I would remove the dash top and look around in there. Sounds to me that someone was in there screwing stuff up.

Along those lines, sounds like your fan wiring shorted out or something and melted the relay box. Probably need to replace the whole thing.

I think you are on the right track with the bad door cylinder. A working one would probably solve some of your troubles.
