With all the problems that TCS has, you want to add it to your car?? People would kill other people to get rid of TCS from their cars!
Adding TCS is about as difficult as removing it. But with enough time, effort and money, I'm sure you could do it. Note that the on/off switch only disables the system for temporarily; if you have a problem with the system the switch won't do anything.
But basically in addition to the TB and main ECU, you'd have to pretty much change the whole wiring harness and of course screw with the ABS system. I think the ABS computer is different for TCS cars, not sure about the sensors, but I assume so. You'd also need to do a lot of plumbing work with vacuum line, adding valves and such. I'm sure I'm missing stuff, but I think it'd be a nightmare to do.
Keep in mind that a lot of people that have TCS hate it and turn it off for launches because (I guess) it holds back too much.
If you do decide to go for it, make sure you get really good wiring schematics (you probably have them already) and a good Saab manual for the TCS system.
