I recently did PBR`s and brembos on my 96 cse.Gooped up the back of the pads and don`t forget top and bottom.Any where they contact any thing metal .Using neverseize is fine.I used left over GM silicone that they include with their brake cylinder o ring kit. Also chamfer the leating edges,I did it all the way around.Don`t forget to use brake cleaner on the rotors so they are perfectly clean. Also don`t forget to back out the hand brake adjustment bolt or you will never get the piston to go back into the cylinder.Any way preety sweet job and proud of myself.Brakes were noisy as heck and lots of thumping going on but I held fast and didn1t panic and broke them in gently.... and they quieted down after ebout 500 miles. But I now have bigger fish to fry `cause head gasket went.
