take what comes off easily -- go as far as you can removing stuff until you tire of it, then sell it as best you can.
Parting out is sorta fun in that if you break something, who cares? And you'll learn a lot about quicker ways to disassemble stuff in the future.
However, I doubt you'll get a lot of money out of the experience, because a 92 9000S doesn't have a lot of the parts that are in high demand for the later model years. But any little change in the piggy bank is always a help in furtherance of your Saab habits.
