Was the BPC replacement brand new?

If it was, I'd check the hoses and make sure that they were installed correctly, I would also check to see if your wastegate is working correctly by testing base boost. A used BPC valve is not usually a very good investment.
The actuator rod being misadjusted will create a short term problem, but unless it was locked into place, T-5 should adapt to the setting it's at. If that doesn't do it, I'd move on to the MAP sensor. *One major note* There have been MANY T-5 ECU's that have been found to have shorted out the circuit that controls the BPC function. This is also a possible cause, but only after you check the basic stuff first. Bo Kalinoski at Automotion has an exclusive ECU fix for BPC short circuits that he learned from Frank Stromqvist(SQR Sweden)so not all is lost if this is in fact your problem. :o)
