Old saabs are reliable cars, more that any newer saab or other brand cars. So, clutch with age is a proble m for any car, saabs too. (saabs clutches last longer than others too). Clutch replacement at SAAB is an expensive job (looking at the actual value of a 10 YRS old car), but it's a job You should undertake by Yourself (with a minimum mechanical skill and with the aid of this wonderful BB).
Be sure that slave is the culprit (instead of the master slave) and note that a new slave cylinder OEM costs about 150:180 USD the rest is labour.
