I put Brembo rotors and PBR Delux on my '95 CS and they made a fair amount of noise, mostly noticeable just as the car was coming to a stop. I radiused the edges and it mostly went away. Then after a couple hundred miles it was gone completely. This was on my daughter's car which is used lightly and not hard. The car was at my indy's for something else and he noted the noise and said it wasn't uncommon and that it would probably go away. And it did. I would think that the MetalMaster pads would be louder. Try filing the edges of the pads.
