Head re-torquing

93 154k miles, N/T. I did it today, set the torque wrench at 60 ft-lb (stage 2 is 56) and only found 2 bolts slightly loose. I didn't back off the bolts and do the 3 stage torquing.
More interesting, the insides were almost surgically clean! Absolutely no sludge, just a very faint copper colored residue, almost like a stain, on parts of the inside of the cover and a very little bit on the faces of the cam sprockets. Don't know what it is but it wouldn't wipe off, came off with a fingernail however.
Chain was nice and tight, no visible wear on the sprocket teeth.
Must be doing something right, maybe its all that clean living (hah!).
I've had the car for app. 2 years, 25k miles and I've always changed the oil (dino) every 3 months. Last two oil changes I've used deisel spec oil (CL-4/SL Rotella, purolator filter) after reading about the added detergents and high pressure additives in it. I do drive it fairly easy, but whenever I can, I don't hesitiate to go 100 mph+, which isn't all that often in Miami. I guess I'll continue to do what I've been doing.
