Only Saab factory manuals are going to give some real info about the ISAT. It is one manual called 1:4 ISAT with part number 365056. You can always try to order that from your dealer and see if they can get it.
Another manual that is good to have is a Diagnosis and Fault tracing manual for whatever model you have. The 9000 manual from 86 to 93 is 1:5 Diagnosis and Fault tracing part number 343145. Sorry but I don't have the number for 94 and up one.
The TCS harness is a one way resistor harness to calm down the signals when doing some TCS trouble shooting.
You should also get the TCS manual for the 9000 if that is what you are doing. 2:5 Traction Information Manual P/N 360461 and 2:7 Engine Management System Trionic P/N 35905
Good luck
Anders
