Check thickness of the clutch disc as the first thing of course. I forgot how thick a new disc is, 7.5mm? It is probably a safe bet to replace the complete clutch. Also do the rear main seal. The seal cost $10. When you install the flywheel bolts, remember to apply some loctite on the boly. This is to prevent engine oil from seeping out throught the threads of the bolt.

Many would also replace the slave cylinder. Personally I've had good luck with the original slave and bad luck trying to remove it so I just leave it alone unless it happens to leak. Be prepared to strip the torx bolts on the slave if you do not have a very sharp torx bit. You still may strip them even if you do.
