The wiring diagram for the one with memory is different from non memory seats.
The passenger side seems simple. looks like a 3 wire harness with pin 1 ground (blk), pin 2 yellow switched 12v, and pin 3 red constant 12v. Check that first. Then there is a black wire that is connected to the door switch which connects to pin 8 on a second harness which goes to a relay under the seat.
The drive side power harness pinout looks the same. It's the 2nd harness that looks like it has a white and blue wire connected to some diagnostic port. Not sure if it is required.
I would check power and ground first.
