Been bearing whining for at least 10K miles.

Cheapest used tranny was $600 locally, and at the time there was a nice 92 9000S that sounded like it just needed a brake master cylinder swap (hard brakes) for $800 asking. I thought, would I buy that one for $800 now when I only need one car on the beach anyway? And the answer was, NO, so $600 was a NO as well. Instead, I'm parting it out (see classifieds), keeping a bunch for me (90 and 93 9000s), selling a bunch, and whatever's left will get sold for scrap (as painful as that is).

Ran fast and strong for a N/A, best actually, since I've had it, nice straight body, hardly a speck of rust.
