Doubt it, the viscosity is just a little higher than recomended, and since its still pretty hot here in Miami, I don't think it would make a difference. Could be the motor mounts, when they go bad or get loose that could cause vibration. If its running a little rough at idle, could be AIC, dirty throttle body, vacuum leak, plugs.
