properly (Saab rotors that is). Has something to do with the rotor design having a bevel on one side. His advice is to replace rotors instead of turning, especially when they are getting thin. As far as rotors are concerned, why do you have cross drilled? The main reason for them is to combat fade through better cooling. Unless you are tracking your car, or driving like a maniac, I doubt you will encounter brake fade in daily spirited driving. In fact crossed drilleds have less breaking area than solid rotors, so hard stops might be a bit longer with them. Also some people experience very short pad life with the crossed drilled. I put solid Brembos and the PBR deluxe pads on my 9000 (as recommended by Quasi). They work great and have less dust than whatever was on there before. Some people like metal masters, but some seem to think that they work best when they are up to temperature.
