Yes it can.
The ISAT was the factory scan tool for all Saab dealers up until about 98-99 when ut was replaced by the Tech 2 scan tool.
It is more difficult to navigate through and learn how to use (kind of like DOS versus Windows, loosely compared) but it will read and reset all codes on all computers for a 93 9000 and also produce all the commands to reset/calibrate TCS.
If the ISAT have the latest memory module to accomendate the SDA module it is a little bit easier to use than what it was in the early days since they added more text in the menu program.
