My '95 SAAB 9000 Aero, 5-speed, with TCS did the THE SAME THING A FEW MONTHS AGO. Checked and REPLACED ALL the vacuum lines and it was STILL DOING IT!! Chip Lamb from West of Sweden SAAB told me to check the ECU ground strap. I disconected the neg. battery terminal. Removed the strap cleaned it with electronic contact cleaner. Then coted it in die-electric grease. NEVER HAD PROBLEM SINCE!!
