I think any size 34 would do. The newer 9Ks have slightly longer cables I believe so "R" may not be necessary if the the posts are near the top middle of the battery.
I have used Interstate size 34R for all my 9Ks. I usually pick one up from my independent at list price of $90 or so. You may get the same battery elsewhere cheaper.
I believe Interstate was the OEM for 9Ks. The 9K battery clamp works perfectly with the Interstate and that's one reason I have stayed with the make. The Interstate usually lasts about 4 to 5 years or so, never had problem with it leaking or corroding.
