out of the engine, but messing with the hoses running to the turbo or BPC aren't one of them. This can quickly, loudly and quite spectacularly destroy your engine.
There's a thing called t5Boost4 (see the classifieds) that can give you some more power, but it is an aftermarket add-on, and it circumvents some of the built in systems that keep the engine from overboosting. Some people say they are great, but many here don't trust it.
If you really want more power save for a re-mapped ECU and get your power without risking your engine. You really don't want to have to pay for a new one.
And FYI, just because something worked on your friend's Pontiac doesn't mean it's a good idea. The Saab Trionic system is waaay more sophisticated than anything on a Pontiac.
