I looked into driving it back, but it wasn't worth it. Maybe if I was closer. (Vermont to Alberta). GST yes, PST I would assume so if you have it wherever you are. I probably wouldn't do it again, because really if the guy wanted to he could have stiffed me and there's little I could have done about it. Pretty stressful waiting for it to get picked up after I sent the cheque. Out of country inspection was a formality. He just looked at the clearance letter, checked to see it had seat belts, etc. For the out of province, be prepared to forcefully explain why only one back up light works. The guy would not believe that one was a fog light.
