...can't remember when they changed from the system that's in the '93s. On MY car, the sensor is mounted on top of the front left wheel well. Black cube with metal base and gray, three-pronged connector. But you need to determine whether your car has the same setup as mine before dealing with the retrofit harness.

In the '93, the harness originates at the SRS ECU behind the dash center console, runs through the access hole above the pedals and into the acquarium. One half of the harness runs out to this sensor through the plastic routing channel between the fender and battery from the acquarium. The other half runs to the passenger side of the acquarium, where it connects with the wire running to the right-side sensor.

The new harness comes with the sensor connectors, but on the SRS ECY end, the pins are bare and will need to be inserted into the SRS ECU's connector. First, of course, you have to extract the old harness pins. You'll need a special pin-release tool to do this, or a really thin and skinny flathead screwdriver. I found that the wire colors of the new and old harnesses were identical, so the new pins were popped into the same location as the old ones.

BTW, if you do this project, have an ample supply of Aleve on hand. You spend a good amount of time under the dash on your back.

Got the retrofit harness from Roberti. I've found them to be the BEST source for obscure parts like this one.
