What RPM range do you drive in? How quick to shift?

Sure, Sure, it has the greed markings and red markings on the Tach...
But what RPMS do you REALLY use, and how quickly do you run through them?
My aero isnt a big fan of cruising around under 1200 RPMS, there is a very slight shift of weight rearward when the rpms drop below 1200. Where am i goibng to get the best fuel economy on the big turbo? should i just let it run at 2500 most of the time?
Who has an opinion!!!
What kind of 9k? Aero, Turbo, NA, V6.
and how fast do you ruun throught the RPMs? On my aero it feels like it REQUIRES me to use the throttle. Like it's a throttle Junkie, and my foot has the fix. I'm young and spry so i indulge us, but i am starting to think that it was designed to be driven with a heavy foot.
i also think i'd prefer a LPT for the small-town driving i do. I barely get to use 4rd gear (OK, OK, third is a long gear witha TON of flexibility, ,like being good to over 100MPH, but powerful enough at 25MPH)
just curious--how fleet footed is everyone, and where these engines like to live in the RPM range.
