I finally figured out what was wrong with my ACC

After three weeks of driving in a frigid car, I finally found the problem to my ACC. According to the Saab service manual, and a few of you who replied to my earlier messages, the power to the ACC is controlled from fuses 1 & 17, and the hot pins at the connector should be #22 & #31(with the ignition on). Everything was being powered as the repair manual stated, and was properly grounded. It was driving me nuts, so I took it to the repair station that I suspected knocked some wire loose while repairing my radiator. There was nothing disconnected, but he did give me the Mitchell version of a '95 Aero ACC wiring diagram to take home for further diagnostics. After about 10 minutes of studying it, the problem jumped right out at me. Pin #7 is the pin fead from fuse #1 and it was not hot. It turns out all I had to do was unseat the wire into pin #7, and when I reseated it the problem was solved. The Mitchell wiring diagram is far superior to the Saab service manual diagram. As far as I can see, the Saab manual does not even mention Pin #7 as a possible culprate. If anyone would like a copy of this diagram just e-mail me and I will gladly send it right to you. Thanks everybody for all the help.
