Ignition switch problem???

My '97 CSE Anniversary is having a problem starting.
I went to start it at work today and all the displays went dim and relays
were chattering. Switched off the key and tried again and it started normally. But the EDU needed to be reset, indicating that it had low voltage.
Tonight, leaving work, tried to start and all lights dim, relays chattered.
Got the car rolling and popped the clutch to start. EDU needed reset.
Driving home, shut off ignition while moving, tried to start with key.
When the key was in the run position and when trying to start, all lights
were out. Jumped it again to start.
Just went out and tried to start again, first time turning the switch did not
make any of the lights come on, looked like no voltage was switched on.
Turned the key on and off a bunch of times, and all of a sudden everything
was back to normal! Started right up 3 times.
Looks like it cured itself, but it will be back.
Any ideas where to look to diagnose these symptoms???
Thanks,
jj
