The transmission drive input shaft does not have a seal as it is sealed by the slave cylinder. See picture. There is a seal at the shift selector input shaft. I have never replaced it on mine. But I think it should be rather straight forward. You need to remove the transmission to do it. A sharp pick should remove it.
