Yaofeng, in a post farther down the page, says 7.4. I've asked him if this comes from the Saab manual, as I think he has them. If so, I'm wrong (again).
If I'm right, bear in mind that steel spark plugs go into their aluminum holes anywhere from 14-20 ft-lbs. These little tiny slave bolts thread in several full turns, so that their torque is borne by a fair amount of thread area. In both types of steel-to-aluminum applications, the goal is to maximize torque without stripping threads.
You want max torque because aluminum tends to expand and contract at a greater rate than steel in response to heating and cooling cycles. The net result of which is a tendency for undertorqued bolts to loosen over these cycles.
On the other hand, lower torque makes sense given the finer thread on the little bolts. But I recall using the Haynes values without complaint the three times I did the job.
