I did the TCS switch on my previous '93 Aero. It can be done in about 15 minutes. The only difficult task is threading the wire through the firewall. I ended up going through the large rubber plug above the pedals.
It is just a momentary switch that shorts a pin on the ABS ECU and resets when the key is turned off. I only used it under very slippery conditions requiring some wheelspin to make headway.
