Ok,here goes. The codes obtained should be listed as "Permianent and/or "Intermittent",none of yours have this listed and it makes a big difference in how thing should be done and in what order.

"77595-ECU fault:safety switch 32"(the Turbo bypass valve,it's mounted on the dirvers side fender well) It should have been read as "6/77595,and any other that started with a :2,3,4,or 5 should be looked at first, and the fault repaired first in order. It's the limp home mode code, and indicates a fault with the turbo bypass valve. You need to check all the vacume lines connected to it for:condition, cracks, proper position placementon the ports, then remove the elec plug and test the valve for it's Ohm reading. It should test app. 30Ohms.if not replace it.

"D7590-Safety System Activated" It's in a intermittent "Limp Home" mode, the dash light should be on.

"2/42320-+15 signal absent despite Td(while ignition pulses detected)" This means if the fault is the is perminent, communications cannot be established with the code reader. The limp home is set, youneed to check fuse #13 and see if it's blown/replace it.The ECU may be at fault, try a different one.

"4/22220- no voltage at pin 22 and/or pin 13" It's again in limp home mode. The ECU power-off monitoring function auto tests the ETS system every time the power supply is cut off by the ign.switch.Power remains for 3 seconds after so the self test is done and then turns off. you need to check fuse #21 and relay #377.Test with good known units.

Your problems appear to be minor, and bad safety valve(very common) and some power supply problems, may be a bad relay or ECU.It's really a easy fix,no throttle body needed yet. Mainly lack of proper understanding of the system by the dealer.Good Luck .Get back to me...
