nipple off our 94 Aero's tank about 4 years ago, then repaired it by melting the remainig material into a glob with a plastic welding soldering gun tip, then drilling and tapping for a 1/8"-27 1/4" ID hose fitting. I reinforced it with 3M automotive plastic repair (2-part) that you use for fixing bumper covers, etc. My son has it now...AndyJ..please post details. I since carry a spare, but have never needed it.
