$2500-$3000 is the most you'll get. Take the money, DO NOT keep the car, unless you want to salvage some parts. Put your old wheels back on if you want to keep the rims, this will not effect the value. Take off anything else not stock that you want. Let them have the car.
The unibody/frame is not something that can be straightened and still have the integrity it had before the accident. Buy a 96-98, and smile about haw much more refined the later model is.
