I am on my third 9000 turbo now, and loved them all but they all have had heater issues. The ACC units seem to be a real weak link. Yes, I have the dreaded antifreeze leaks too, usually traced back to hardened o-rings where the hoses plug into the heater core.
I would like to find the European spec 9000 heater with manual controls. Knobs, cables etc like the old days. Anybody have any ideas??
Also, could use some tips on recharging the AC system after replacing the heater core which involves opening the system.
