The sleeves on the shock and sway bay bushings seize to the bolts. The bolts pass through two plate ears welded to the axle on either side of the shock. There's not enough lateral resistance to beat or press out the bolts or bushings if they're seized. I made my sawzall cuts through the bolts flush to the plates. There's just enough room to do it. Then it will all come apart. You'll need new bolts and bushings for the shocks and sway bar.
