If your wire loom was like mine its pushed through. On the back side of the panel you'll see two push in clips, depress those and push the loom out. This won't get it out of the way per say but allow you to rotate the false panel and move the loom out of the way. Thats what i had to do on my 97 9k cse. As for the clips on the blower box. Use two long flat screwdrivers. I don't know how some people do it with one cause each time i'd release one side the other would snap back in. They are down real low. The right side clip sits just under the hoses at the heater core, the left one is a little tricky. For the left, be careful with the control arm, you also have less space to work with the evaporator siting right there but if you take a flashlight, you'll see the clip and just set your screwdriver there. If you need any more help, feel free to email me.
