PBR Deluxe and Brembos for me (plain, not slotted or cross-drilled). Less dust than stock, and no noise whatsoever. Stopping is great. If you do it yourself be sure to have extra disc-locating screws on hand, you might have to drill one out. That being said, apply liquid wrench to them from the front and back and let it sit for a while before you remove them. Also, file down the edges on your pads and use anti-squeal on the back of them to prevent squealing. Have plenty of brake cleaner on hand, 3-4 cans. Use anti-seize grease on the slide pins, caliper clips, and where the outer pad is held by the caliper. Definitely consult quasi's site, and townsend imports for the rears.
