I bought a set of those when I bought my 9K (about 4 years ago), and the guy at the dealership came out with a bag of them and removed 4 from the bag. This made me think they were for a car with 5-lug wheels.

I was not able to install them since they are smaller than the lugbolt head on the 9K, again making me think these are meant for the 5-lug wheels (which have 15mm lugbolt heads vs. the 19mm on the 9K and classic 900).

I never got around to returning them, so I still have them sitting in my garage.

According to the accessories catalog, the 5-lug wheel cars come with a tool to remove these caps when you buy them. Mine didn't.
