I hope your still willing to help a bit. Finally got time to do the resistance checks. With the butterfly closed, I get 1.6 ohms or so resistance betweens pin 1 and 7, if I open it a little bit it stays the same, I did this on the car during my lunch break so I didnt have time to pull it off and hold it wide open with something and do the test, but so far those look to be within spec. Also tested the saftey valve just incase and got 32 ohms warm. But the car has been going in and out of limp mode and these test were done when it was in the clear Ill pull the DVOM out when it goes LHM again, but for right now Im leaning torwards a bad wire in the T-body or a bad connection in there, considering everytime it goes into lhm I can shut if off move the connector on the T-body around and start it and it will go out of lhm. But either way Ron you pointed me in the right direction. I have off thursday so I will be taking the throttle body off and visually inspecting and cleaning everything.
