Do a search on "starting problems" or "headlight relay" and see what you come up with.I have a '96 cset and I have been experiencing Hi beam problems for about a year. The Hi beams occasionally light up un prompted and have to be manually switched off with the stalk.Or they will come and and the stalk has no effect and then I will have to turn off the dash headlight switch to get them to go off.And sometimes when I want to use Hi beams I can't get them to go on using the stalk and have to be content wiyh low beams until they decide to work again.I know this is my tall orange relay in the plastic covered box under the hood which cost 150.00 at the stealer.I have read posts about inspecting the solder connections and I don't see anything suspect.I recently read a post where someone had all the connections resoldered and it was a success.I intend to try the scrapyard next. But the reason I am telling you all this is because I read a post where this relay has been known to cause starting problems. When their starting problem occurred they would just wiggle the relay and the problem dissappeared. So I've always kept in mind if I have a starting problem to wiggle that relay.Hope this long post helps.
