When changing the rear brakes and rotors on my 96 9000 CSE, I found that the attachment hardware for the caliper is an unusual size, ie, 7mm. Both my Allen wrench set and the tool kit i use on my bike have 6mm and 8mm wrenches, but neither has a 7mm. If you also have an English set (fractional, you can use the next smaller size and it will jam into the hardware piece, but you will have to hammer it loose and continue removing each piece (There are two per caliper). I tried to purchase an individual 7mm Allen wrench, but couldn't get one throughany of the hardware stores I usually use (I'm a landlord, so I spend a lot of time in hardware stores).
However, If you go to a good auto parts store, the american replacements (Raybestos)are 8mm, so no problem. It's you choice which is less trouble.
I also found that the locator pin on the rotor is very hard to get off with just a 10mm box wrench. If you don't already have one, you'll need a 10mm deep socket. Too bad the box wrench didn't work. 10mm and 12mm always seemed to be the wrenches that ran away and hid, only to reappear later. I have about of each of them
