I haven't done it for a while, but its pretty much common sense. Just some bolts and fasteners to remove, pull down the fuse panel, carpeting and you're in. I'm sure there is a detailed explanation if you search for it.
The flashers are on when the button is popped out and flashing. They are off when the button is in and steadily lit.
