I have been researching this and I think Haynes is wrong. at 85nm I stretched one bolt. To determin if it was just one bad bolt, I lossened all bolts and retorqued to 85NM (no I did not torque to 85 ft-lbs) and a second bolt streched. The bolts are grade 10.9 and if you look up a M10x1.50 10.9 bolt in a torque table I found 82nm to be the max torque. The Mitchel manual says 60nm for 93, and 80nm for 94.
My old saab 900 manual says 60nm and pictures of the bolts in the saab 900 manual look identical to mine: 19mm 10.9 Nedur bolts.
At this point I do not trust any of the bolt since they have been torqued to 85nm so I replaced them all with 17mm head 10.9 grade bolts and ground down the heads 1mm for clutch disk clearence and torqued to 60nm. I do not want to spend $50 and another week of down time to order 19mm head bolt from the dealer.
I will let you know in a couple weeks if my flywheel come flying through my hood.
Thanks for your help looking up thee torque specs.
